Is alcohol allowed?

Yes. You may provide your own alcohol. However, you are required to have a dedicated server if you are serving beer, wine, mixed drinks or champagne. No Cash Bars are allowed.

Are there kitchen facilities available?

Partial. Although, the facilities are not equipped for cooking, you or your licensed caterer may use our commercial prep kitchen at no additional charge. Our prep kitchen is equipped with stainless steel state refrigerator, prep station, and sink.

Are we required to use your caterer or food service?

No! We allow you to use an outside caterer of your preference.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental fee for Fives Pavilion?

Yes, tables and chairs are included for up to 200 guests.

Is there a dressing room / private restroom available for the Bride?

Yes. Fives Pavilion at Riesen Ranch rental provides a bridal suite (complete with lounge, kitchen and restrooms and vanity) at no additional charge. The bridal suite is located in the main house.

Do you have a place for an outdoor ceremony or reception?

Yes. Absolutely! Fives Pavilion at Riesen Ranch is situated on 191+ acres offering several locations suited for an outdoor ceremony or reception.  The main house offers a beautiful fenced courtyard or front steps for a more intimate gatherings.

Is there a backup plan if it rains on my wedding day?

Yes. Absolutely! There is adequate room in the 10,000 sq.ft. event center to accommodate last minute set-up of  wedding chairs directly under our imported Crystal Chandeliers while still maintaining a view of the property. 

Do you have a smoking area available?

Yes. Your family and friends can smoke in our dedicated outside smoking area located right behind our Event Center. 

What type of parking accommodations are provided for guests?

Fives Pavilion at Riesen Ranch offers a secured private guest parking for all of your event.
